Some tips for next time: Less blush/lipstick, different color lipstick, and tan the skin somewhat

yep go for the black smokey eye on her and try a more natural lip tone and blush
Way too much blush and lipstick. The eyes look alright, but its not a good tone on her skin. Try a less saturated colour, or maybe just a smokey look. The techniques are really good, just try making it look more natural.
You’re supposed to do the blush last, so that you’re not too heavy-handed with it.
WTF NOW ITS A WHITE PAINTED CLOWN
That make up is absolutely awful. You should have gone with a light pink barely visible blush, just enough to make her face not look lifeless. The color of the eyeshadow works, but you used to much, instead of taking it all the way up to her eyebrow you should have just kept it on her eye lid. If you’re going to use eye shadow that pops you should keep the lipstick just a clear gloss. Her lashes were done well though.
Get some makeup lessons on youtube, THEN do makeup on photoshop. This looks completely awful. The blush is overdone, red, and has a really bad position; the lipstick looks like it was drawn with color pencils and the eyes look dull…

it seems like you’re trying to hard. just go with the natural looks. that’s the perfect make up.
